The Radiance Hotel Project was founded by like minded entrepreneurs, people who share a passion for traveling and exploring. The concept is completely unique-shop, dine, play and stay in one place while experiencing a revolving view of your surroundings.

PROJECT PHASE 1: FUNDRAISING
These start-up crowd-funding efforts will be poured back into preliminary structural engineering and a 3D architectural concept model will be produced along with interior working drawings. An engineering firm has been engaged to work through this 1st phase. Formal budgets will begin based on feedback from the design team. This early work will run between $50,000.00 – $100,000.00.
Once that stage is achieved and the initial items of key design and engineering parameters are settled, the continuation of efforts will be directed to completing a set of full working drawings, including wind design testing, and the development of a scaled working prototype system of the revolving hotel structure. This phase will run be between $200,000.00 – $500,000.00.
WHY GET INVOLVED NOW?
At a later determination date, this larger fundraising package effort may be further developed under a Kickstarter Campaign.
Any and all original ‘friends’ of the Radiance Hotel Project (early backer contribution individuals) will be carefully identified and tracked on to any new platform. We want to remain connected right up to the Grand Opening.
In addition, for those who want to participate at another level, there will be future benefits and additional rewards distributed to “Radiance 360 Club” members over the course of the project development and into the Operations Phase.
An Independent Accounting Firm will prepare a post-funding report for project accountability certification among the early adopters.
